Six ways to train
Every programme runs at least twice a week, and every membership above Basic includes all of them.
Strength
Barbell work on a five-week wave. Squat, press, hinge, and one logbook you keep from your first session onward.
HIIT
Forty-five minutes of intervals against a clock that does not negotiate. The highest-output class on the board.
Yoga
Slow, warm and unhurried. Mostly hips and thoracic spine, because that is what lifting takes out of you.
CrossFit
A scored session every time, written up three ways before the doors open so nobody has to ask for the easier one.
Boxing
Pads, bags and footwork. Technical rounds first, conditioning last, and no sparring unless you ask for it.
Mobility
Thirty minutes of end-range work and breathing. Booked after a first heavy week, and then never dropped.
This week's timetable
Days down the side, opening hours across the top. Navigable entirely from the keyboard — arrow keys move between slots, Enter opens one.
Who is coaching
Four coaches, all of them on the floor rather than in an office. The one who writes your programme is the one who watches you lift it.

Where people got to
Lifts, skills and comebacks — the things our members actually talk about, rather than a number on a scale.
Train smarter
Three charts, no charting library. All SVG, all server-rendered, and each one ships a hidden data table so a screen reader gets the numbers rather than the word “graphic”.
Calories per 45 minutes
Averaged across our members, not measured on you. Useful for choosing between two classes; useless as a target.
Hitting their goal
Members who met the session count they set themselves this week. You pick the number when you join, and you can change it whenever.
Anita Raghavan
Member since March
“I booked the mobility class to fill a gap in my week and it turned out to be the one I never skip.”
One to goBMI estimator
Two sliders, one very rough number.
Within the range the formula calls typical. It says nothing about how strong you are or how well you sleep.

What members say
I had a gym membership for three years and used it eleven times. Here the timetable does the deciding for me, and I have been four times a week since March.
Priya NairPro member, 14 monthsWalked in having never touched a barbell. Rhea spent my entire first session on the setup and nothing else. That is why I came back.
Sameer QureshiBasic member, 5 monthsThe scaled CrossFit track is written on the board before class, so I never have to ask for the easier version in front of everyone. Small thing. Huge thing.

Before you ask
Is there a free trial?
Yes — a full week, every class included, no card details taken. Turn up ten minutes before anything on the timetable and say it is your trial week at the desk. If you would rather book ahead, start the sign-up and pick the free week option at step one.
Can I freeze my membership?
Any plan can be frozen for up to three months a year, in whole weeks, for any reason at all — travel, injury, a busy quarter at work. Email the front desk before your billing date and the freeze starts immediately. Nothing is charged while a membership is frozen and your rate does not change when it restarts.
Which class burns the most calories?
HIIT, at roughly 520 kcal for a 45-minute session, followed by CrossFit at about 480 and Boxing at about 430 — the chart in the Train Smarter section above plots all six. Two caveats worth more than the numbers: these are averages across our members rather than a measurement of you, and the class you will still be attending in six months beats the one with the highest figure.
Do I need experience for CrossFit?
None. Every session is written up three ways before the doors open — as prescribed, scaled, and a beginner track — so you pick a version rather than asking for an easier one. Tell Joel at the door that it is your first class and he will walk you through the scaled option and the two movements it depends on.
